A Complete Working-Chronology of the Memoirs Universe
At the suggestion of [info]cetpar, I am making a compiled Chronology of Fic (And the occasional significant event) in the Memoirs Universe. All are PG-13 unless otherwise specified.

For clarity's sake - All fic 'summaries' are italicized, and all events are standard type.
Blanket Caveats for the series can be found here.
Last Updated September 29, 2006

A Note To Readers:
The Memoirs Series is drawing to an end. As of the latest Chrono update, there is one project on the drawing board and one in-progress. This project will not be taking The Return (SGA 03x10) into canon consideration, however it does utilize everything before that, so be aware. Plausible Deniability, which was initially billed as being in the Memoirs Universe, may be moved to the status of "Unaffiliated" and continue as an episodic corallary instead of being assigned to one fic universe (Since I'm now up to 4 and still creating).

Excellent. The chronology is *very* useful, thanks.

You don't want to know how long this took to pull together.
I'm sure it took quite a while. But it's worth it. *bg*

I still haven't read all of your newly posted stuff. I've gotten behind on my SGA reading, darn it. And since orientation and classes start next week, I have a feeling it is only going to get worse. At least for 'Memoirs' I know where to go to catch up quickly. :)

Thanks again. I hope classes are going ok with you. They've already started, right?
Miriel: Atlantis - Colonial Flag[info]miriel on August 28th, 2006 12:24 am (UTC)
Glad to be of service. Luckily, now that it's done, updating it won't be as much of a hassle.

Hey, I totally get RL taking its toll; don't worry about it. My classes start next Wednesday (After Labor Day), so I'm working until then.

Good luck with your classes!

(Also, at least for my stuff, all the SGA stuff is tagged 'sga fic' if that helps)
Amezri: amezri ;; gategeek[info]amezri on August 28th, 2006 12:49 am (UTC)
Oh, hey, neat! I've been meaning to read these stories, so this will help me a lot as I tend to like to read in order :x
Miriel: Atlantis - Independent Spirit[info]miriel on August 28th, 2006 01:27 am (UTC)
Hey, glad to be of service. Granted, Plausible Deniability is going to be in-progress for a while, if that affects your willingness to read. It's less a pairings fic and more a logistics fic, though.
Amezri[info]amezri on August 28th, 2006 02:12 am (UTC)
Nah, not at all. I assume the whole project is still in-progess, but I like seeing everything laid out. My brain is small sometimes :-P By the way, the link to "Impossible Things" is not working...
Miriel: Atlantis - Independent Spirit[info]miriel on August 28th, 2006 02:28 am (UTC)
It's because it's a tag and I forgot the +. I fixed it, and Plausible Deniability, so both should be working now. Sorry for the confusion.
adafrog[info]adafrog on August 28th, 2006 01:19 am (UTC)
Very helpful.
Tom had the therapy?
Miriel: Chevron - We're SGA[info]miriel on August 28th, 2006 01:30 am (UTC)
Tom is kind of a unique case since he was grown in a vat. He got Lorne's X - thus Lorne's ATA Gene (Which was Artificial), since the vat took samples from him and Parrish. So Tom's a Natural Artificial, and rather unique in that (Unless other same sex couples start seriously hitting the vats). Morgan was a Natural by virtue of Sheppard. Tom's the test case for Artificial children, and the prognosis isn't good.

Cool, I've been puting off reading this because I'm anal and like reading things in order. ::bookmarks to read when she's finished her current assignment from hell::
dancin' katie: dk_atlantis_rodneyhands[info]dancink on August 28th, 2006 09:19 am (UTC)
...And because the assignment from hell was irritating me so much I nearly threw the book across the room, I put it off and read this instead. Really really interesting, and I'd never read Lorne/Novak before and oh it's great and wow I have a new pairing. *g* Mind if I friend you so I can keep track of this series?
Miriel: Atlantis - Independent Spirit[info]miriel on August 28th, 2006 01:08 pm (UTC)
*Giggles* I know how that goes.

Plausible Deniability and Impossible Things are still in progress, everything else is reasonably done.

I'd never read Lorne/Novak until I ran a poll after posting "Preface to the Memoirs" asking if I were to continue, who should Lorne have kids with and why. Novak was one of the top contenders, so I felt a need to do my homework and read what was out there ^_^

You're more than welcome to friend me. I'm glad you've enjoyed it!

Let me just start by saying what a huge fan of the memoirs series I am. I came across this series and read the whole thing from start to finish. I love Atlantis secession fics, and this is one of my favourite Atlantis fic series. I'll be reading the rest of your fics soon enough. Keep up the good work.
Miriel: Atlantis - Colonial Flag[info]miriel on August 28th, 2006 05:20 pm (UTC)
Thanks for saying so! Atlantis secession is one of my pet-projects. I just can't see things continuing on and not ending up with Atlantis having more functional autonomy. IOA is too far away, and too self-centered; Earth-unique supplies are really the only firm hold they have on Atlantis.

I'm glad you're enjoying the Memoirs series; I'll hopefully be getting more up soon.
dossier[info]dossier on August 31st, 2006 01:17 am (UTC)
Awesome, allowed me to catch up and be in tune. I didn't see Tempus Fugit, or Cogito on here, but I'm so backwards (FL at something like skip=800)--perhaps they were after this... loved all of these little snapshots, and flags, et. such an interesting universe!
Miriel: Memoirs[info]miriel on August 31st, 2006 02:50 am (UTC)
Those are listed under the title Impossible Things, which is the umbrella name for that little series. With a little luck, there will even be a third one up reasonably soon.

Glad you've been enjoying the series!
